Congrats! Meghan’s ex husband is engaged (just two weeks after she married Harry)

Trevor Engelson - who was previously married to Meghan Markle - is now himself engaged.

The 41-year-old film producer proposed to dietitian Tracey Kurland, 31; he confirmed the happy news on Friday with an Insta snap of the pair that also showed off her diamond ring.

The caption read: "Luckiest guy I know! Get ready to party!" (both their accounts are private).

Two weeks ago, Meghan married Prince Harry at Windsor in England.

She and Trevor wed in Ocho Rios in Jamaica in September 2011; they were together for seven years prior to saying 'I do'. They sadly separated in August 2013.

They had been living together in Los Angeles, but the couple evidently found her move to Toronto tough: former actress Meghan - now the Duchess of Sussex - relocated when she secured her role on Suits.

Previously, a source told US Weekly, that the "split with Meghan hit Trevor pretty hard".

"He went through a rough time during the breakup and that was only made worse when Meghan got together with Harry last year," they added.

Tracey and Trevor only got together last November but recently travelled to Italy for a holiday; she is also said to be helping him manage the spotlight he's found himself in. Mr Engelson has never commented publicly about his relationship with Ms Markle, however, he is said to be developing a TV series about a divorcee who remarries a prince and shares custody of a child from her first marriage.
