Well, this is a bizarre story.

On Tuesday, while leaving Sunset Bronson Studios, Ashton Kutcher accidentally hit a teenager with his car. Leo Marenghi, the 19-year-old who was struck by the star revealed to PEOPLE that he was on his scooter when the incident occurred. Heading to pick up the kids he babysits from school, Leo said:

“I was picking them up from school and I was riding a scooter when Ashton was pulling out of Sunset Bronson Studios. “I was on the floor and when I got up he was getting out of his car.” “He was really nice about it and acted concerned. He asked me if I was okay and I said, ‘Yeah, I’m fine. Can I get a picture with you?'”

Leo admits that Ashton was "shocked" that the fan simply wanted a picture as an apology and when speaking to PEOPLE, Leo revealed that he isn't going to go after the star legally as he thinks that would be "trashy".

"I feel like it was kind of my fault because I was on a scooter and it was hard to see me. I just feel like that would be trashy.”

Leo said he is thrilled he got a chance to snap a pic with the star as otherwise, his family wouldn't believe what happened. And as for injuries, Leo had a bloody knee from the fall admitting he was in pain the following day but nothing major.
