Blake Lively is encouraging us to change our lifestyle in a healthy way
Blake Lively is one of my favourite Hollywood stars because of how wonderfully honest she is.
Her Instagram is a breath of fresh air, her honesty reassuring, and her lifestyle habits are surprisingly relatable.
We all know celebrities have access to the best personal trainers, chefs and beauty treatments, but there’s one lifestyle habit Blake follows that we can incorporate into our every day.
If you’re like me, then you often run out of the house without eating breakfast. I wake up early and have a strong enough morning routine but there’s one thing always missing from it.
Breakfast.
I never give myself enough time to even scoff a quick slice of toast in the morning, but it’s one thing Blake Lively never skips.
The Gossip Girl actress is hardly dashing to catch the 122 to Camden Street in the morning, but there’s no doubt her schedule is pretty hectic.
Despite being a Hollywood star, Lively said she always makes sure to have something to eat before her day really starts.
Lively’s trainer Don Saladino told Cosmopolitan that she usually has eggs and vegetables for her breakfast.
He told the publication:
“She always begins by drinking a glass of water when she wakes up. For breakfast, Blake might make herself a couple of eggs cooked in coconut oil, and she might throw some fresh vegetables in there.
“If she’s really hungry, because the human body changes all the time, she may add some gluten-free oats with fruit.”
I’m so guilty of skipping breakfast but if it’s going to make me feel better then I need to follow in Blake Lively’s footsteps.
