“Right now I really don’t have any words.”

Love Island‘s Joanna has said that she’s been struggling to accept that Michael is trying to get back with Amber.

The recruitment consultant left the villa earlier this week when the remaining islanders were forced to either dump Joanna or Michael from the show when they received the fewest votes from the public.

The islanders chose Joanna to leave, and Michael – despite claiming that he had “found all he was looking for” decided to stay in the villa to get the most out of his experience.

Right.

Last night’s episode depicted Michael questioning whether he still had feelings for Amber, leaving us on a chronic cliffhanger as he plucked up the courage to go and speak to her.

And although Michael has yet to make his (extremely questionable) move, Joanna is already finding the whole thing difficult to watch.

And yeah, we don’t blame her, tbh.

“It’s hard for me to watch this right now. I’m not going to lie,” she said on Instagram Stories.

“In all honesty, that was so hard for me to watch. Right now I really don’t have any words. It’s so difficult.

“Obviously I have just had to pause the TV purely because for me being standoffish is more me having respect for those in the villa because of the fact that someone is actually hurting in there.”

This comes after Joanna said that she was putting a “pause” on her and Michael after he refused to leave the villa with her.

She said:

“Part of me expected Michael to leave with me, however I don’t want to be in control of someone’s life journey and if he wants to continue in the villa, to get to know someone else or see where things go, I’ve got respect for that.

“It is a bit disappointing but I’d never hold that against him.”

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on Virgin Media Two.
