We always thought we knew all of the Spice Girls songs from A to Z.
But it turns out that we’ve all been singing the Spice Girls’ Spice Up Your Life wrong for the last 20-something years – yes, really.
Geri Halliwell, aka: Ginger Spice, dropped a massive truth bomb on fans this week after the pop band announced they were going to be reuniting for a mini-tour next summer.
And she didd it in a surprisingly casual way.
Re-posting a video of the announcement, Geri simply tagged the Spice Girls’ official Instagram account – and wrote: “hai-Si-ja-hold tight.”
We had always thought the lyrics were Hi C Ya, or even I See Ya (as did many other fans, judging by the comments under the post).
But no, it turns out that the Spice Girls were actually saying yes in three different languages.

We reckon they’re going to be gone quicker than you can say zig-a-zig-ah.
