Celebrity Masterchef Ireland returned to our screens last night and with it brought a new selection of celebs hoping to impress the judges.
This year Samantha Mumba, Holly Carpenter, Mundy, Simon Delaney, Niamh Kavanagh, Evelyn Cusack, Nadia Forde, GAA footballer Oisin McConville, Colm O’Gorman and Sonia O’Sullivan are competing.
The show split the group in two with five of the celebrities cooking last night, Holly, Evelyn, Niamh, Oisin and Colm, and five more cooking next week.
Some were actually quite good in the kitchen whereas some others have had a lot less practice.
Their task last night was to cook something that reminded them of their Sunday dinner when they were younger and also a cod dish.
It was a great start to the new series.
