Today it emerged that international accounting firm KPMG are taking a novel approach to hiring new talent.
The company are ramping up efforts to attract Irish citizens living abroad back home to stay and work for them, according to The Irish Times.
The company had representatives at the arrivals lounge of Dublin airport over the weekend, as part of their #ComeHomeToOpportunity initiative.

Head of Recruitment Paul Vance told the Irish Times: “We’re recruiting across all lines of business but we have a particular focus at the moment on talking to people with backgrounds in management consulting, risk consulting and tax.”
