Cork quintet The Hard Ground have released the video for Deep In Green from new EP Triptych 2.
The brooding rock outfit, comprised of Marlene Enright, Pat Carey, Dave Duffy, Davie Ryan and Hugh Dillon, chose to release their new album in three installments, with Triptych 2 coming hot on the heels of its very impressive predecessor.
The digital-only EP will be officially launched tomorrow and the band have teased the four-track by releasing an innovative and quirky video for Deep in Green.
“The video was put together with a tray of milk, a speaker, and food colouring, creating analogue visuals to accompany the song. Simple though the ingredients may be, the results are quite interesting,” said Carey.
