There's an old saying in show business - never work with children or animals.
The producers of Sligo Matters on Irish TV may have found out why recently, when a segment with Nugget the hen went a little bit off-script in a very funny fashion.
Nugget, according to her owner, can distinguish colours. Quite the feat! But a demonstration for the TV cameras went awry when Nugget decided another activity was more important.
That's quite the debut... for both of them.
