It looks like Santa Claus is about to ditch his sleigh and reindeer in favour of a suit and tie this week, as a man who is legally named after our festive favourite is running for city council in a town called North Pole in Alaska.
Yes, you did read that right (and he even looks like him!)

Mr. Claus has called out to fans on Facebook to give him their vote at the election this week, but has also reminded followers not to send him requests for gifts.
His bio asks people not to request presents.
What a gentleman.
