The annual Web Summit has been one of the most talked about events this week, with thousands of companies in attendance in the hope of capturing the public’s attention.
However, it was something very different that was causing a stir at the RDS in the last number of days… namely, a letter in the bathroom from a woman who was hoping to track down the father of her child.
If any good Samaritan was hoping to lend the expectant mother a hand in tracking down Mark ‘The Babyfather’, they would have got a surprise as the website listed on the letter redirects visitors to Spotted, a site specialising in reaquainting people with their missed connections.
Genius marketing move or just a little bit tacky?
The Internet is undecided!
