The Taoiseach is not very popular at the moment, it seems.
After receiving much criticism for wishing President-Elect Donald Trump well in his new job, Enda Kenny has once again managed to anger Irish people.
The Taoiseach met with Trump’s right hand man, Mike Pence as it’s reported the new Vice President-Elect has ties with Ireland.
After the meeting of the Taoiseach and the VP-Elect (who is known for supporting conversion therapy of the LGBT community, which can include electric shock ‘therapy’), Enda took to Twitter to praise Mike.
Had a really good conversation tonight with US VP Elect Mike Pence. He certainly knows Ireland and the issues that matter to our people.

The meeting of the two cause people to express disgust at Enda’s endorsement of the new American VP-Elect.
Love how Enda Kenny says Mike Pence knows the issues that matter to Irish people, as if he himself even knew

If Enda Kenny actually thinks Mike Pence knows about the issues "that matter to us" – is he more out of touch than I had previously feared.

That Enda Kenny tweet to Mike Pence just shows out of touch he is to the Irish people. He has to go. No question about it.

One time, Mike Pence punched me in the face… it was awesome.

Actually cannot believe Enda Kenny's tweet about Mike Pence. Shameful. The world has gone mad if people are going to normalise bigots.
