Man Pens Heroic Facebook Post After His Brunch Ice Cream Was Only Middling

A round of applause for Darryl Connell.

After opening his Brunch ice-cream to find that a considerable number of sprinkles were missing, he decided to get in touch with HB via Facebook.

Spotted on JOE.ie, Darryl kept the post short and sweet but made a valid point because let’s be fair, the pink and yellow crumbly bits MAKE this particular ice-cream.

Kudos to HB, they responded straight away as can be viewed in the comments below the post and promised to have their ‘care team investigate straight away’.

However, Darryl then said he had the problem with another Brunch so we live in hope that this problem will be rectified immediately.
