It's hard to know how you'd react to winning big in the Lotto, but an Irish man has revealed he waited two months to claim his winnings. The anonymous man, who is from Cavan, won €500,000 on a Euromillions QuickPick two months ago but only recently cashed in the ticket. He told the Independent that he realised he had won when he spotted that the Applegreen Service Station where he had bought his ticket was decked out in balloons and posters to celebrate selling a winning ticket.
