This is a double whammy.
Not only does a character from our favourite childhood show appear randomly in a live news broadcast, BUT he drops a major Dad-joke.
Dennis Haskins (aka Principal Belding) happened to be walking by as New York’s PIX 11 News was covering the National League Championships update.
When the reporter asked him where he knew him from, he replied “I was a principal.”
And then proceeded to “forget” the name of the show.
