Malfy recently teamed up with the Gastrogays to create a delicious Amalfi Sunset Spritz.

If you want to try your hand at the recipe, you can follow along with the Gastrogays tutorial in the video below.

But first, here are the ingredients you’ll need:

Ingredients

  • A handful of ice
  • 35 ml of Malfy Gin Rosa
  • 50 ml of San Pellegrino
  • 50 ml of Prosecco
  • A fresh orange wheel
  • Two fresh strawberries
  • A couple of springs of fresh thyme

Now that you have your ingredients in order, you can follow along with the Gastrogays quick and easy recipe below.

The Malfy Gin Rosa is a delicious combination of fruity flavours that makes for the perfect sophisticated gin. Its distinct Italian style will leave you feeling as if you’re relaxing out in a villa somewhere on the Amalfi Coast, and it also compliments food perfectly.
