Love Island 2019 has come to an end.
But it won’t be too long until we see another batch of Islanders having countless conversations about recoupling, getting mugged off, and not putting all of your eggs in one basket.
Yes, that’s right: a winter version of Love Island is on the way.
Earlier this month, it was announced that the summer series would be taking place twice next year – once in the winer, and once in the summer.
The winter series will be taking place in a brand new villa in South Africa – and now ITV are looking for people to take part in the series.
The official posting reads:
“ITV2 are looking for vibrant singles from across the UK who want to head to the Winter sun, in search of love !
“The chosen cast will spend time in a luxury villa, getting to know one another, but to remain in paradise they must win the hearts of the public and their fellow Islanders who ultimately decide their fate on Love Island.”
There are a few rules and regulations in place, though, if you are hoping to apply.
For example, you must be at least 18-years-old on or before the application closing date of November 30, 2019.
And, understandably, you have to have a passport which will be valid between December 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020. You also have to be edible to travel to the programme destinations that they specify.
You also have to be available to participate in the series for a minimum of eight consecutive weeks from January 2020.
You can find out more information – and the application – here.
