Lisa McGee’s Tweets about the Derry Girls’ favourite movies are pretty much perfect

We think they're all solid choices tbh.

Over the last few months, Covid-19 has been affected pretty much everything in our lives and even Derry Girls has not gone untouched - the much-awaited season 3 was rumoured to be released this month however it's looking very unlikely that that will be the case now. So, yes, we're going to have to wait that bit longer for our favourite Belfast crew to rejoin us on our television screens. Which means that there's a big Derry Girls-shaped hole in our hearts at the moment. However, creator of the show Lisa McGee, has helped to fill that hole a bit by sharing with us each the Derry Girls' favourite movies and we're loving them all. First of all, we have Erin:

Erin. Says her favourite film is Three Colours: Blue. She has never seen Three Colours: Blue. Her actual favourite film is Beetlejuice.

Bless him. We're honestly dying for every little bit of Derry Girls info we can get so this came as a nice little surprise and, to be fair, they're all pretty perfect. Now we miss them even more. Come on, season 3!
