Paul Walker’s teenage daughter Meadow has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Porsche.

According to TMZ her lawyers have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the car manufacturer, almost two years after the actor was killed in a car crash.

The suit claims that the vehicle in which Walker was travelling had specific design flaws that contributed to his death.

It alleges that the car was unstable (due to the lack of a proper stabilization system) and the placement of fuel lines in it contributed to the fire that Meadow’s lawyers claim ultimately took his life.

In the papers, which contain other details about the star’s death, it is also claimed that the driver of the car was travelling between 63 and 71 MPH, not between 80 and 93 MPH as previously cited by law enforcement.

Meadow’s lawyer Jeff Milam told the website: “The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car. It doesn’t belong on the street. And we shouldn’t be without Paul Walker or his friend, Roger Rodas.”
