It’s going to be a long time before people stop talking about Meghan Markle.
It’s only been a mere three days since she and Prince Harry announced their engagement and since then we’ve learned all about Meghan’s estranged sister, her visit to Buckingham Palace when she was in her teens, and a weird throwback interview she did back in the day.
And now, finally, we’ve been graced with the information that everybody’s been only dying to know.
… And that’s that Meghan’s nose has become the most popular plastic surgery request.
Yep, since news of her’s and Harry’s relationship broke, people have been showing up at plastic surgeon’s offices and asking if their nose could be a little more like Meghan’s.
According to plastic surgeon Dr Stephgen Greenberg, the trend started about six months ago.
He told E! News:
“Patients started to coming to see me about six months ago requesting Meghan Markle’s nose.
“As things between her and Prince Harry started to heat up, attention definitely followed.”
Dr Greenberg also said that even though Meghan’s nose is not technically ‘perfect,’ it’s still been the most popular request he’s received from patients as of late.
Meghan’s nose has gotten so popular in fact, that’s she’s even surpassed Kim Kardashian for the most requested enhancement.
Fair play.
Dr Greenberg went on to say that there appears to be a “royal effect” when it comes to plastic surgery… and we’re inclined to agree.
When Duchess Kate married into the Windsor family back in 2011, people flocked to plastic surgery offices to request the Middleton nose-job.
No, really. They did.
Six years later and it’s probably safe to say that the heat on that one has died down a bit.
… Especially now that there’s a new royal nose in town for people to fawn over.
