Kerry Katona has been forced to cancel upcoming work commitments after being left bedridden with a mystery illness.
The former Atomic Kitten band member was due to kick off her ‘No Regrets’ tour across the UK.
She was set to meet fans as well share an exclusive insight into her life, however, the 42-year-old has had to call off her plans in recent days.
Katona told fans that she has been left in excruciating pain and that it is now affecting her entire back.
Writing in her OK! Magazine column, she said: “I’m a very active person and I’m always on the go but it’s like my hip joints are rubbing and it’s affecting my whole back.
“I’ve been so close to going to A&E but I don’t want to be a burden or waste anyone’s time.”
The star has booked in to see a chiropractor so that she can get professional advice on how to continue working and living her daily life despite the mystery condition.
She added: “I’m in a bad way this week with my hips and my back, I’m in so much pain that I have essentially been bed bound.
“My hips have been out of place for a long time and now it has got to the point where the pain is making me feel physically sick.
“I literally can’t do anything and I had to pull my weekend tour, I couldn’t go ahead with it and felt terrible.”
