Jay-Z and Beyoncé have invested in a new home and it’s only a stone’s throw away.
The couple, who have a two-year-old daughter named Blue Ivy, reportedly spent in the region of £5.5 million on a luxury townhouse, located in west London.
After looking for properties in the Mayfair area and further afield in the Cotswolds, the couple settled on the centrally situated townhouse.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “On previous trips, Jay-Z and Beyoncé have stayed in five star hotels and, on one occasion, a rented mansion. While money isn’t an issue, it makes sense for them to have a more permanent base and get to know one particular area.”
The source added: “They are coming to England this year and touring before the year is out.”
Beyoncé performed a number of shows in London earlier this year as part of her Mrs Carter Show tour and she was spotted with her husband Jay-Z in some of London’s hot spots including the Arts Club in Soho.
