Paris Hilton surprised her followers by revealing that she has welcomed her second child, a baby girl named London.
The star already has one son, Phoenix, with her husband, Carter Reum, whom they welcomed via surrogate in January.
Taking to her social media to share the good news, Paris posted a picture of a pink baby outfit with the name ‘London’, confirming the gender and name of her second baby.
“Thank for my baby girl,” the heiress wrote in her announcement post.
The socialite clarified in a TikTok comment that her ‘princess arrived’ after fans expressed confusion over whether it was a pregnancy announcement or if her daughter had already been born.
Paris also shared a clip of her firstborn proudly labelling him a ‘big brother’ alongside a video where she revealed the news to her nephew and niece.

The surprise announcement of their daughter is very on-brand for the couple.
When they found out they were having their first child, they made a pact to not tell anyone that he was about to be born, not even their families.
In an episode of her reality show ‘Paris in Love’, when Carter is driving with Paris in the passenger seat, she tells him: “If people found out, there would be paparazzi all over Cedar’s (Sinai). I’m hoping and praying that no one at the hospital tells.
“If anyone recognises me, let’s pretend that it’s our nephew,” Paris says, with Carter responding: “Can’t blow our cover now, we’ve done such a good job.”
The ‘Stars Are Blind’ singer later said in the confessional: “Literally no one knows. No one in this house knows. None of the people who work at my media company know. My friends don’t know. My own family doesn’t know.”
While the news of her daughter’s birth comes as quite a surprise, the moniker of choice does not.
During a live chat episode of her podcast, I Am Paris’, back in March, the businesswoman said the name London has always been at the top of her list if she had a girl.
“I’m really excited for Phoenix to have a baby sister one day—named London. It’s my favorite city, and I’ve always wanted to name my daughter London.
“I had actually picked that name for a long time now, probably over 10 years. I always wanted London. I love that name for my daughter.”
The TV personality revealed on her podcast earlier this year that during their in-vitro fertilisation process, they successfully froze 20 embryos—all of them boys.
She has been vocal in the past about wanting to have a daughter, sharing with ‘People‘ in February that she and her husband were continuing to make embryos in the hopes they would welcome a baby girl in the future.
