Gwyneth Paltrow delighted fans over the weekend after posting a video tour of her fridge – and it did not disappoint.
Let’s be honest, we all love a tour of an organised fridge, pantry, washroom… literally anything. So, make it a million-dollar home owned by one of our favourite stars and we’re even more invested.
Whether you’re an organised person, or more laid back, Gwyneth’s fridge will have you wanting to empty, clean, and re-organise immediately – and buy an excessive amount of drinks.
On the Goop Instagram profile, Gwyneth said a fridge tour was the thing she’d been asked most about in her monthly “ask me anything” sessions.
And it did not disappoint…
Upon opening the doors, it was a mass of all of her favourite things, laid out in an order similar to an actual supermarket – Sleeping With The Enemy vibes.
It featured a serious number of beverages, from San Pellegrino to Fever Tree mixers, coconut water, La Croix sparkling water, bottled water, cans of wine (we’re as intrigued by this as you are) and Equi Tea iced tea.
How does anyone drink that many beverages?
She then moved onto the dairy and dairy alternatives’ shelf in the fridge which saw a variety of milks, heavy cream and coconut yoghurt.
Gwyneth also had a bunch of condiments stored in the fridge door, including mustards, and various hot sauces such as Sriracha, Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, and Cholula Hot Sauce.
There was also olives, jam, berries and eggs dotted around the fridge, along with Gwyneth’s selection of skincare products in the top shelf.
At the bottom of the fridge there were more drawers and cabinets that she didn’t pull out – so we’re going to assume that’s her Monica room.
Fans were quick to hail the star’s heavenly organised fridge with one writing: “I can’t see past the organization of her fridge.”
Another said: “GP you just inspired me to clean my fridge! Thank you.”
A third added: “It’s a grocery store in there lol!”
However, there was one thing fans were begging to know, and that was what her day and night “tinctures” consisted of.
The star quickly pointed them out before moving swiftly on and people have been flooding the comments wanting to know her “secrets”.
One person wrote: “Okay… what are in those little AM / PM tonics aka give us your secrets.”
Another said: “I spy the biggest secret of all… what is in those small glass viles?”
A third added: “Nah, those small bottles.. you need to tell us what they are…”
