Lindsay Lohan is suing the makers of Grand Theft Auto for basing a character from their latest game on her without her permission.
Lohan’s lawsuit against Take-Two Interactive Software Inc says the character Lacey Jonas, who looks for helping dodging the paparazzi, is an ‘unequivocal reference’ to the actress.
The star also claims her image, voice and the clothes styling depicted by the game are ‘portraits of the Plaintiff incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff’s clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by the Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years”.
The game also includes the West Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont hotel – a popular home spot for Lohan when she was in town.
The lawsuit was filed yesterday, with the game makers having yet to comment.
