Met Eireann have issued an updated weather forecast which may affect fans going to the Eras Tour in Dublin this weekend
Met Eireann have forecasted a change in weather for this weekend as conditions are set to be cooler.
They have also warned concertgoers to be prepared for scattered showers.
Forecaster Michelle Dillon said that conditions will “turn much cooler and fresher.”
She continued, saying “temperatures on Thursday will be just 13C to 17C. A big feature of the weather Thursday will be the winds.”
However, Dillon said that by Friday the “winds will have eased” and it will be mainly dry with occasional showers.
“Sunshine will return on Saturday evening but it’s really very mixed,” she said.
However, those with tickets to the sold-out Dublin shows shouldn’t give up hope yet. Dillon said that it’s still too early to confirm what the weekend will bring.
“The key take-home message is it will be mixed weather. Some sunshine around but some rain as well.”
According to the full report, the South and East of Ireland will receive the best of the weather, with the West of the country to experience wind and rain.
Sunday is set to have the best temperatures of the weekend, with highs of 20C.
However, Taylor Swift is no stranger to a rain show or performing in bad conditions. Last year she played for three hours in the rain at Gilette Stadium , and even endured a massive heatwave in Rio de Janeiro.
Needless to say, The Eras Tour will still be a hit this weekend.
