Ah sure Dublin don’t you look only fantastic.
There is nothing quite like the buzz you get walking around Croke Park ahead of an All-Ireland final and yesterday was no exception.
Blue skies and a surplus of Mayo and Dublin fans were visible from every corner of the city with bars and pubs equally filled to the rafters.
And like many big occasions on our little Emerald Isle, the Garda air support unit were on hand to capture the scene from above right before throw-in and the shot is insane.
You can almost feel the tension and excitement in the air from this still image of a green Croke Park with a packed out stadium, just as the jets are flying above.
The picture was accompanied with the caption “Congrats to @DubGAAOfficial who are waking up this morning as All Ireland Champions. Commiserations to @MayoGAA #UpTheDubs #DUBvMAYO“

So it looks like Mayo4Sam is postponed for another year however, there is no denying that yesterday’s match saw both teams giving it their all backed by an army of loyal and dedicated supporters regardless of the outcome.
Congrats to @DubGAAOfficial
