Last night saw Paul Akister made a big return to the X Factor and tonight saw another old favourite back in the audition room.
Jake Quickenden made it to Judges Houses in 2012 but was sent home by Nicole Scherzinger, who felt that he wasn’t ready.
Undeterred, the 25-year-old part-time presenter returned to face Cheryl, Simon, Mel B and Louis and after a bit of a shaky start, blew everyone away with an emotional rendition of Say Something.
