It is something that we’ve known for quite some time but now we have a graph to prove it, men find younger women more attractive.
They say women are from venus and men are from mars and after reading the results documented on this graph, men can stay there.
Christian Rudder, the founder of online dating site OKCupid and OKTrends, put together a graph that may leave you feeling slightly disturbed.
Using the data taken from dating profiles online, Rudder was able to produce two incredibly revealing graphs that highlight how straight men and women are attracted to members of the opposite sex.
He didn’t stop there however, Rudder shows us the specific age that people find most attractive.
According to FiveThirtyEight, Rudder analysed the data, explaining that “women who are, say, 28 find guys who are also 28 about the most attractive, and so forth. Up until about 40, when that’s getting too old.”
The result is pretty depressing (and creepy).
