Electric Ireland’s Powering Kindness Week has been taking over social media in IrelandĀ this week, with everyone from Ronan KeatingĀ and Amy HubermanĀ to PiersĀ MorganĀ and the guys fromĀ The ScriptĀ getting involved.Ā
This year the hugely successful campaign will be donating a massive ā¬130,000 toĀ three extremely worthy causes;Ā The Marie Keating Foundation,Ā The Irish Heart Foundation,Ā andĀ Childline.
Tomorrow (23 January) is the last day of the incredible week and every deed logged makes a huge difference to the charities.
To take part, simply tell the world about your act of kindness on social media using the #PoweringKindness and tag either @MarieKeating, @IrishHeart_ie or @ISPCCChildline. The organisation with the most kindness done in their name will receive the largest portion of the ā¬130,000 prize fund.
As you know, the Her.ie team has partnered with the fantastic ladies at The Marie Keating Foundation to power kindness for the cancer charity – we’ve absolutely loved taking part. We’ve been calling on our readers all week to make sure that The Marie Keating Foundation gets the biggest share of Electric Ireland’sĀ ā¬130,000Ā donation.
Take a look below at all of the wonderful acts of kindness that have been going on throughout the week in Her Towers – all logged on behalf of The Marie Keating Foundation, of course. Enjoy!
To get involved, tell us about your act of kindness on social media using #poweringkindness and tag @MarieKeating or go to www.poweringkindness.ie ā make sure to include a photo or video of your kindness if you can. The charity with the most kindness done in their name will win the largest share of the ā¬130,000 prizefund. Let’s make sure it’s The Marie Keating Foundation!
