VIDEO: Hockey Player Pulls Out His Own Tooth After A Hit

This. Looks. Painful.

And here we were thinking the GAA was as tough as it got…

Watch in shock and horror as a professional Canadian ice hockey right-winger takes matters into his own hands after a crushing hit knocks his tooth loose.

Ryan Reaves, 28, is currently lining out for the St. Louis Blues and hit the ice for the team during Sunday’s game against the Chicago Blackhawks. Reaves took a major hit in the course of the game, but refusing to let it get in the way of his game – Reaves took to the bench and instead performed a little dental surgery.

Ouch. In an “every cloud has a silver lining” turn, at least the Blues won.
