Meet Triana Lavey, who has spent $15,000 so she can look “photoshopped”.
The 38-year-old from Los Angeles, California told ABC News that she hated the way her “weak chin” looked in photographs.
This led to several plastic surgeries, including a chin implant, nose job and cheek-defining fat grafts.
Fast forward two years and Triana says she is now happy with her looks, “I now have the face that I always thought that I had,” the brunette told the news outlet.
“I look like myself, but Photoshopped”, Triana continued.
Triana often shares images via her Instagram account and believes that having a “social media presence is just as important as your real-life presence. It’s a legitimate form of promoting yourself”.

Since her original surgery, Triana has had further fat grafts and a corrective nose job.
While she has put a stop to surgery, Triana continues to get Botox injections on a regular basis saying, “Botox to me is a necessity”.
“It’s kind of like in my bills like rent, food, gasoline, medical insurance . . . [then] Botox,” said Triana.
The brunette, who works as a talent manager for public relations company uFluencer Group says that the rise of social media contributed to her obsession with how she looks.
Triana loves her “photoshopped” look
“It skews our perception of how we should look I think it’s making ourselves hold ourselves to a higher unrealistic standard,” said Triana.
