If you’re a Facebook fiend, you may have imagined working for the social media giant at one point or another.
Miranda Kalinowshi holds the position of Global Head of Recruitment at Facebook and in an interview with Business Insider, she spoke about how the company conduct interviews.
Speaking about the questions asked of interviewees, Miranda said that she and Lori Goler, vice president of People Operations have a particular favourite question.
The million dollar question is: “On your very best day at work — the day you come home and think you have the best job in the world — what did you do that day?”
Although it can throw people, Miranda said that the people in charge of the interviews have said it’s a really effective question.
It allows the prospective employee to show what they’re really passionate about when it comes to work and if their interests suit the particular position.
