Irish model Kellie Forde was eliminated from last night’s Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model after failing to impress during a photo shoot with Rizzle Kicks.
The Cork girl said that her departure from the Sky Living show will not put a dampener on her career and in fact will motivate her to reach her goal.
However, the model spoke of her disappointment after failing to make the final eight.
According to The Irish Sun Kellie said: “It’s mixed emotions because on one hand I’m delighted to have got so far but on the other I would have loved to continue on.
“It was a constant adrenaline rush. I loved it all. I loved going to Paris and the school challenge was another highlight.
“But it’s not easy sharing your experiences with thousands of viewers,” she said.
Kellie will take her mentor Elle MacPherson’s advice when it comes to pursuing a career in the fashion industry.

“I want to take what I’ve learned and use it.
“I’m interested in the whole industry, not just modelling.
“Elle gave me a really nice prep talk and said I can work as a model or a stylist but I just have to believe in myself.
“It was really nice to hear her say that because she didn’t have to.”
