“It took me a lot of courage not to go on tour with the Spice Girls again…”
Victoria Beckham has revealed the reason she decided to turn down taking part in the Spice Girls’ recent reunion tour.
The 45-year-old was the only member of the iconic ’90s band to not take part in Spice World 2019, which ended in June with three nights at London’s Wembley Stadium.

She has now said that the decision to tour took “courage,” as she explained how she would rather concentrate on her family and her company.
In a recent interview with Vogue Germany, she said [via Metro]:
“Saying no requires courage… For example, it took me a lot of courage not to go on tour with the Spice Girls again, but to be the one who says, you know, I’m not doing it because things feel different now than they used to.
“I’d rather concentrate on my family and my company.”

The fashion designer, who recently marked her 20th wedding anniversary with David Beckham, told how she is more confident – and “very happy to be the woman I am” – after turning 45.
She continued:
“I’m 45 now and very happy to be the woman I am… I’m not trying to change, I want to be the best version of myself.
“Before I turned 40, I wasn’t that confident. I learned to listen to my gut feeling.”
It comes as Victoria and David both shared sweet throwback posts to mark the major marriage milestones.

“WOW 20 years, look what we created, love you so much!”
