Turns out there was more to India and Jordan’s relationship than what we saw on Love Island

'There were conversations that you will never see.'

Jordan making a move on India might have thrown us all; but it wasn’t a surprise to everyone in the Love Island villa.

Not long after asking Anna to be his girlfriend, the model sat India down and told her he was interested in her.

We were all fuming – and confused. How could he do this to Anna? Why would he wreck Ovie’s chance at happiness? In what world did he think India would drop a wealthy, 6’7″ basketball player with heart of gold for him?

But according to newly-dumped Islander Chris Taylor, there was more to it than what we saw.

Chris, who exited the villa in last night’s episode, said that Jordan and India had grown close.

“There were conversations between India and Jordan that you will never see,” he told The Sun.

“There was a lot of flirtiness there. There’s a lot of downtime where we aren’t allowed to talk about the show but we talk about whatever we want.

“In those moments, that is when a lot of potential relationships and flirtiness goes on – it didn’t come out of nowhere.

“I had a feeling, I knew what Jordan was going to do.”

Still, Chris definitely doesn’t think Jordan was in the right.

“He should have spoken to Anna, he should have spoken to Ovie, and then he should have spoken to India,” he continued.

“He knows that was a mistake and he has apologised for that to Anna.”

Last night was the end of the road for Jordan and Anna, who were booted from the show along with Chris and Harley.

Speaking as he left, Jordan said he had “zero regrets” about his time in the villa.

“Everything I have done has been based on the way I was feeling,” he said.

“In that environment, your emotions can change quite quickly.”

Love Island continues on Virgin Media Two at 9pm tonight.
