The first line-up for Dublin Comic Con 2019 has been announced.
The event, which is set to take place at the Convention Centre in just a few months time, is the longest-running and largest fandom event in Ireland.
And 2019 is set to be the most epic one yet, with 20,000 guests expected to attend.
A host of Hollywood stars have now been announced for the event, which is taking place on March 9 and 10.
The first line-up includes:
- Pom Klementieff (‘Mantis’ from Guardians of the Galaxy, Marvel’s Avengers Infinity Wars)
- James Marsters (‘Spike’ from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel and Supernatural)
- Jason David Frank (the original Green Power Ranger)
- Michael Cudlitz (Walking Dead, Southland, Band of Brothers)
Further special guests will be announced soon.
Besides Q&A’s, signings and photoshoots, Comic Con attendees will also enjoy:
- Interactive sets where attendees test their nerve among the walking dead, or a 14ft Alien
- Cosplay Village and competitions
- Traders Hall with everything from collector’s edition comics and games to vintage figures
- Console, retro and tabletop gaming zones
- Workshops, escape rooms and more
