Love Island’s Maura is getting praised for dishing out the cold truth last night

Someone has to say it.

Last night, Maura Higgins served Amy Hart some brutally honest tea. While chatting on the swing with fellow Islander, Lucie, Maura basically told Amy to wake the f*ck up after she admitted that she loved him. As Lucie jumps in and asks Amy "but does he love you?" Maura bluntly answers for her saying:

"Why are you asking her that? He doesn't."

Curtis revealed on last night's episode that he wanted to recouple with Jourdan while Amy was away in Casa Amor. Explaining that he and Amy have a lot to work on if they want to remain in a couple, Amy broke down feeling like she was second best as Curtis revealed that something obviously isn't right to say that his head was turned. Curtis and Jourdan didn't couple up as Jourdan admitted to Curtis that she'd prefer to have him as a friend. Therefore, the Islander remained in a couple with Amy which obviously left her feeling like the back up plan. The former air hostess also revealed that she feels like since the villa have reunited, she doesn't even know who Curtis is and who this man is that's replacing him. Ugh, feels. Thankully, however, Maura isn't going to leave Amy fall for someone who isn't reciprocating the same feelings and the nation praised her for giving Amy a wake-up call last night.
