It was incredible.
When we heard Jenny Greene was teaming up with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra we were intrigued. Not knowing how it would work and how well ’90s tunes would sound with a full orchestra. But, it’s safe to say it went down a treat.
They packed out the Rankin’s Wood tent of Electric Picnic and nearly blew the roof off it.
They had Jenny on the decks, an incredible singer, Gemma Sugrue, and the RTÉ Concert Orchestra all joining together to make one of the most special performances of the day, and probably the weekend.

People were lining up before it all kicked off at 9pm and the tent was nearly fit to burst by the end of it because so many people came to see and hear the performance.
Jenny’s colleague Carl Mullan was behind the scenes capturing some of the live action and as you can see it was absolutely incredible.

Only a DJ as experienced as Jenny Greene could blend ’90s dance tracks with a full orchestra. We are officially in awe.
