What to do when your favourite TV show is cancelled? Most of us just sit and moan about it, maybe have a little weep into our ice-cream.
Not so if you’re a Veronica Mars fan though. If you’re part of that fanbase, you raise $5.7 million on crowd-funding platform Kickstarter to create a movie based on your beloved show.
Set to be released in March, the first look at this Kristen Bell vehicle has finally been released by writer/director Rob Thomas.
The plot will see Mars return to her hometown of Neptune and attempt to clear her ex of murder charges, as well as attending a high-school reunion. All in a day’s work.
