Don’t Tell The Bride fans have noticed an awkward error in the latest episode

Yikes.

Don’t Tell The Bride is one of the most popular wedding shows. It sees the bride putting her trust in the groom to plan their wedding day, right down to every last detail.

It usually provides a lot of entertainment as the groom will end up doing the complete opposite of what the bride wants, creating an elaborate or cheesy wedding day.

Let’s face it, that’s the reason we adore it.

Nathan and Beccie were the couple-of-the-week, with the groom organising a sixties rave theme for their big day.

Amid all the chaos of the episode (Beccie wasn’t too fond of the idea, basically), eagle-eyed Don’t Tell The Bride fans noticed a huge – and fairly awkward – error.

Nathan was seen waiting for his chauffeur driven Mini on his wedding day – but as he got in the car, viewers couldn’t help but notice what appeared to be a wedding band on his left hand.

A spokesperson for the series told Fabulous Online that the scene was in fact filmed before the ceremony – and that the ring was “an engagement ring Nathan had from Beccie and not his wedding band”.

It’s not the first time that fans have wondered how “real” the show actually is.

Last year, an anonymous groom dished on what it was really like to get married on the show.

He spoke to The Sun about how their wedding ceremony, which appeared on the show, wasn’t legally binding.

He said:

“It was written into our contract that our ceremony would not be legally binding and so we should go to a register office later.

That is what we did. But we had no follow up from anyone from the show after the filming, so we could easily have avoided it and had the party for free.

It makes a bit of a mockery of the process that the bride and groom go through this huge ordeal for a ceremony which isn’t even legal.”
