Spencer Matthews reassures fans after major weight loss

Spencer Matthews has lost a significant amount of weight recently

His followers expressed their concerns about his health after the reality star posted on Instagram.

Spencer's followers couldn't help but notice a major change in his appearance, but he stressed that he was perfectly fine.

One follower said, "Oh gosh! Spenny! What's with the weight loss?"

Another said, "Sorry to say but you have lost too much weight."

One added, "If this was a woman and people were commenting on her weight there would be huge offence taken. So why is it OK for so many people to comment on his weight? Mind your own business."

Others stressed that his followers should try to be more kind.

Spencer stressed that there was nothing wrong with him, but he's actually training for an event in 2024.

He said, "I'm training for a huge event next year. Looking to raise some serious money for a great cause."

One of Spencer's followers said it's incredibly wrong to pass a comment on someone's appearance.

You never know what someone is going through, whether it's their mental or physical health, and passing rude comments about their appearance isn't going to make anything any better.

"The people commenting about weight on here make me sick. What happened to if you haven't got anything nice to say, don't say anything? Have any of you given a second thought that someone could be ill, or been given a horrible health diagnosis, a myriad of reasons that all would be none of your business."
