Kanye West Wants To Buy This Famous Property As A Gift For Kim

If rumours are to believed, Kanye West wants to purchase Neverland, the famous ranch that previously belonged to Michael Jackson. The firm who bought Michael Jackson's debt and restored the ranch to its former glory has put the ranch up for sale. Although Kanye has his heart set on the property, reports say he's not willing to pay the asking price of £65 million. A source told The Daily Star "Kanye is desperate to own Neverland but he's not prepared to pay the price they want." Michael Jackson bought the ranch in 1987 The father of one is reportedly hoping to strike a deal and get the property for £10 million less than the current price. It is though that Kanye has visited the ranch numerous times over the past year and "has fallen in love with it". He, Kim and North West only recently moved into their home in California's Hidden Hills so it has been suggested that he wants to add Neverland to his property portfolio rather than move in to the ranch.
