Actress and comedian Joan Rivers has been moved out of intensive care and into a private room in hospital, it has been revealed.
The popular host of Fashion Police had been on life support in hospital since she suffered from a cardiac arrest during an operation on her vocal chords last week.
The 81-year-old comedian stopped breathing during the operation on Thursday, August 28th.

Now, her daughter Melissa has confirmed that her mother is out of intensive care and has been moved to a private room where she is “being kept comfortable”.
No further information has been given about her current medical condition.
