Jason Sudeikis to reportedly pay Olivia Wilde €25K a month in child support

After 18 months, Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde have settled their custody battle.

According to new court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, the actor will reportedly pay over €25,900 in child support to his ex-partner for their two children nine-year-old son Otis and 7-year-old daughter Daisy.

It was determined that Jason was the higher earner of the two with figures showing he brought in a reported €9.4 million versus Olivia’s €472,500.

Due to this he now has to pay the five-figure monthly sum, €9,700 for their son, and €16,200 for their daughter.

On top of this, the documents state that the Ted Lasso star will have to foot 25 percent of any bills to do with Olivia’s childcare expenses.

The report states that “the income of each party is in dispute and fluctuates,” however, “such disputes and fluctuations are not material to their agreement that Jason has an extraordinarily high income…” and that the amount determined under child support guidelines would exceed the kids’ needs.

The former couple will have their two children on a ‘week-on, week-off basis starting next month. The settlement has resolved their long-standing child support and custody issues.

It appeared to be anything but plain sailing to get to this point as it comes over a year after Olivia was infamously served legal papers as she took to the stage to talk about her latest flick at CinemaCon 2022.

At the time of the incident, Deadline reported that someone in the audience slid a large brown envelope marked “private and confidential” across the stage to the actress-turned-director while she spoke.

While many publications reported at the time that she had been served child custody papers, a source close to Jason told Variety that he had “no prior knowledge” that the documents would be delivered in “such an inappropriate manner.”
