It seems if you have dreams of spying Princess Charlotte in a gown anytime soon, you’re about to be very disappointed.
The royal princess is set to stay free from frills for a few years yet, as apparently Kate Middleton has already decided to stick to a traditional dress style for her little girl.
According to Rachel Riley, the children’s fashion-wear designer who has decked out George in a series of sweet outfits, Charlotte probably won’t wear another frock until at least her first birthday.
Speaking to People magazine, Charlotte said:
“Because they’re a traditional family, I’m sure that she’ll wear babysuits for the first year, and then only when she’s walking will she then move into dresses.
“Even in terms of separates, I don’t think she’ll be wearing [them] until much later.”
Considering we’re already witnessing the twinning outfits of William and George, we can’t wait to see what Kate and Charlotte work out…
