Planning a trip away?
Well, there is no better time than the present, and now especially since Dublin Airport has introduced another 14 new routes for summer!
Sharing the news on their Twitter account yesterday, the airport will now be facilitating a new route to Seattle, Montreal, Hong Kong and Beijing for long-haul flights and then in the short-haul sector, flights to Marrakesh and Paphos have begun, with flights to Dalaman, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Reykjavik, Manchester, Zagreb, and Carlisle Airport in the Lake District coming this summer.

In terms of airlines, four new airlines will now be operating out of Dublin Airport too! Cathay Pacific, Croatia Airlines, Hainan Airlines and Icelandair will start serving flights to and from Dublin Airport, T2.

Dublin Airport has also seen some impressive expansion recently taking on more routes and airlines than ever before, it is becoming the fastest and most efficient way to travel all over the world.
Earlier this year, Dublin airport celebrated it’s 78th birthday, and to do so, it decided to tweet out images from when the airport first opened on Friday, January 19, 1940 and wow – how far the airport has come along is seriously incredible.
