Don’t Want To Stand In Line For That New iPhone? This Guy Will Do It For You… At A Price

The man is a GENIUS.

Most of us hate standing in line but one New York man has made a full-time job out of it.

According to Jezebel, Robert Samuel got the brainwave after he was fired from his job as a phone salesman and kickstarted his business by posting an ad on Craigslist in advance of the iPhone 5 release in 2012.

The simple idea grew into a solid career and now Samuel charges $25 for the first hour of waiting and $10 for every half-hour after that, with a group of “line-sitters” on call if he is already occupied.

Samuel and his team will not only queue for their customers, they will also purchase and deliver goods such as phones, cronuts or event tickets but draw the line at requests that include an overnight stay such as SNL tickets.

“I really don’t want to do that. People are on line for days at a time. We go from 11 at night till 6 in the morning, and you don’t get in. With a big show like Justin Bieber, I would probably just tell you no. Tina Fey? Not happening.”
