This delicious smoothie is packed full of healthy fats and nutrients from avocado and spinach leaves and has the unique flavours of mint and chocolate coming together.
It definitely makes a filling meal and is an amazing treat for those who’ve caught the smoothie-bug!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups organic spinach
- ½ flesh of an avocado
- 1 scoop chocolate powder (Cadburys of similar)
- ¼ cup fresh mint or 1 drop of mint extract
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp organic honey
- Crushed ice (optional)
Method:
1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until thick and smooth – add more water or almond milk if you want to loosen it up further.
