It was a dark time.
So last night, Instagram went down.
And with it, the sanity of many of its users.
The issue meant that users were unable to refresh the feed, or post anything to stories.
I know this because I was at a concert and couldn’t upload my videos, so really, why did I even bother going?
(That was a joke btw, it was actually nicer not having the pressure of uploading bits.)
Anyway, as you can only imagine, people were freaked. I mean, proper freaked.
And as is the usual when Instagram is having an issue, all the users took to Twitter for the evening.
Instagram initially responded to the initially, saying they were working on the issue:
“We’re aware that some people are having trouble accessing their Instagram accounts. We’re working quickly to fix the issue. #instagramdown.”
Then came the influx of amazing tweets from users, who were all very sad about the lack of the gram.
